Aaron WhitakeR
Founder/Property Manager
Aaron founded Western Mass Management LLC with the sole intent of offering affordable housing to the community while maximizing asset value for his clients. He started his real estate career in 2020 with the purchase of his first investment property. To boost his property value and rental income, he strategized plans to remodel each apartment to provide modern-day amenities to his residents. Aaron’s portfolio is continuing to grow in 2024 as it is the bedrock of his business.
In his time away from work, Aaron enjoys golfing, turning wrenches on his equipment, catching the latest comic book movies, and spending time with his niece Sophia, and nephew Lawson.
